College students have to keep a track of attendance percentages, GPA, schedules, grades, pending projects, syllabus, and room/lab bookings. All this is managed either via notice boards, WhatsApp groups, different ERP portals, and word of mouth. There is no centralised source that collates all the essential, real-time information about 'what's happening', and 'what happened in my last class'. As a result, students miss out on important deadlines, have unplanned attendance issues, and face confusion due to last-minute room changes.

A unified campus companion app that brings attendance, GPA, timetable, marks, projects, syllabus progress, and lab/room bookings into one dashboard with campus navigation and per-period session logs to always know what happened, and what's next.

In Detail

Our app brings together everything a student needs to interact with, in a single, easy-to-use dashboard synced to their data at the college. 1) Attendance and GPA: See your subject-wise attendance percentage at a glance, with alerts when it is reaching the minimum threshold, and a GPA/CGPA calculator that updates as you enter your grades. 2) Timetable: See a dynamic timetable where each period, when clicked on, reveals extra detail. 3) Period-wise log: For each period in your timetable, view the log of what topic was taught or any documents/materials shared by the faculty, and mark attendance for each period. 4) Marks and Projects: View all your marks for internals, assignments, and exams in one place; track all your pending projects with their deadlines 5) Syllabus tracker: The syllabus is split into all the relevant topics and sub-topics for your courses, with a counter showing how much of it you have covered and what you're yet to cover, serving as a helpful revision and exam-prep tracker. 6) Lab/Room/Hall booking: With a click, students (or their CRs or club heads, depending on what the college has set), can book a lab, seminar hall, or room, with availability shown in real-time and confirmation received once the booking is successful. 7) Upcoming sessions and announcements: A single place to look at all upcoming classes, extra sessions, and guest lectures, as well as college-wide announcements, without having to sift through multiple WhatsApp groups or notice boards. Overall, all of these modules serve to unify the multiple platforms that a student would have to check throughout the day into one accessible platform.
