The SENTRAI system makes use of AI-based computer vision to examine live CCTV footage and determine if workers are wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), for example helmets, gloves, and safety jackets. It recognises individual workers and verifies that they have the necessary safety equipment. If a breach is detected, SENTRAI highlights the worker and triggers a real-time alert or alarm to the supervisor. This reduces the need for manual monitoring and enhances workplace safety by means of continuous automated surveillance.
