Problem Statement
Sugarcane farming leaves behind millions of tons of waste each harvest season. There is not an easy way to deal with all of it so uneco friendly practices end up happening.
Solution
An ESP32-powered smart anaerobic digester that converts sugarcane waste (leaves and mill sludge) into clean biogas energy and organic fertilizer by automatically monitoring temperature, pH, and gas pressure.
In Detail
This setup takes sugarcane waste like leaves and mill sludge and turns it into biogas plus some fertilizer through an anaerobic digester. An ESP32 board handles the smart side of things. It watches temperature and pH along with gas pressure on its own. The whole idea is aimed at clean energy. Input: Sugarcane leaves (crop waste) + pressmud (mill sludge). Smart Tech: ESP32 node regulating heat, stirring, and acidity to prevent system failure. Output: Clean methane fuel (biogas) + toxic-free bio-fertilizer.
